This role requires a strong full-stack developer with expertise in enterprise application architecture, database design, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has 10 + years of full-stack software development experience and is comfortable working across frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, business logic, SQL Server databases, automated testing, code reviews, and production issue resolution. Also, have 4+ years of experience in leading and guiding people with relevant directions. How You’ll Make an Impact Design, develop, and enhance features for enterprise business applications. 2+ years leading/mentoring development teams Build clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established engineering standards. Develop and support frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and database components. Work with Microsoft SQL Server to ensure data integrity, reliable access, and performance. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and continuous improvement activities. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders to deliver reliable features. Analyze and resolve issues across environments, including production support when required.
