We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Test Engineer to join our Grid Automation team and help shape the quality of mission-critical software used in modern energy systems. In this senior role, you will take ownership of complex testing activities, influence quality strategy, and collaborate with global engineering teams working on advanced Grid Automation technologies. You will contribute to scalable test practices, automation maturity, CI/CD readiness, and continuous improvement while growing your expertise in a global organization committed to innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence. How you’ll make an impact Lead the definition of test objectives, test strategy, test scenarios, and execution plans for complex product and release activities. Identify required test environments, equipment, test data, tools, and other provisions needed for effective testing. Partner with functional leaders to ensure readiness for test start and completion in line with program schedules, including maintenance and minor releases. Report test progress, quality risks, and release readiness to the Test Manager and key stakeholders, escalating proactively when progress toward a stable, releasable product is at risk. Support and strengthen CI/CD practices across products, with a focus on expanding automation of key tests.
