How you’ll make an impact Led and supervise the routine testing of high-voltage circuit breakers (72.5 kV to 800 kV) ensuring full compliance with relevant standards and quality requirements. Managed Test plant operations to achieve Business Unit (BU) revenue targets while maintaining quality and efficiency . Provided support in new product development, including testing validation and performance evaluation. Coordinate and attended customer inspections, ensuring compliance with specifications and handling technical queries. Responsible for maintenance of test plant equipment and execution of calibration activities to ensure accuracy and reliability. Ensured safety of workmen and test equipment within the testing facility by adhering to safety protocols and procedures. Addressed test plant quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid recurrence. Should possess adequate knowledge and understanding of relevant national & international standards like IEC. Must be able to understand different kinds of electrical schematic drawings. Should be capable of tracing the fault & solving it (both electrical as well as mechanical) by referring the documents. Must have worked in the testing field and should have the know-how of the testing equipment. Should have the experience of high voltag
