In this role, you will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accurate master data, smooth HiNext (Workday) processes, and high-quality HR service delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, compliance, and seamless employee experience while working with global stakeholders. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will ensure timely processing, accuracy, and adherence to HR policies across all lifecycle activities. How you’ll make an impact: Manage employee master data transactions in HiNext (Workday) across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Review and validate data updates submitted by stakeholders to ensure completeness, correctness, and compliance with policies. Process key employee data changes, including personal details (name, date of birth, address), bank and payment updates, job and organizational changes, supervisory structure updates, and cross-country or cross-entity transfers. Handle employee lifecycle requests through MyHR and ticketing systems, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. Perform regular data validation and audits to ensure high data quality, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain system integrity. Adhere to defined SOPs, SLAs, and internal controls while supporting audit and compliance requirements related to employee data.
