This includes requirement definition, contract execution oversight, delivery assurance, integration with internal systems, and validating that third‑party outputs meet quality, security, and compliance standards. How you’ll make an impact: Manage third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle from onboarding to delivery. Define scope, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and SLAs. Monitor contract compliance, performance benchmarks, and commercial terms. Ensure vendors follow agreed development frameworks, timelines, and quality standards. Facilitate design reviews, code reviews, and technical validation sessions. Coordinate between internal stakeholders and vendor teams to address dependencies. Validate deliverables for functionality, architecture alignment, cybersecurity, and data integrity. Ensure vendor activities meet regulatory, commercial, and organisational compliance guidelines. Manage change requests, scope deviations, and risk mitigation plans. Oversee integration of vendor-developed modules into internal systems. Ensure proper configuration, testing, and readiness for production deployment. Coordinate knowledge transfers, training sessions, and support documentation. Provide clear updates to leadership on vendor performance, project status, risks, and financials.
