Monitoring & controlling project financials, cost, expenses, managing risks and identifying opportunities including development & implementation of suitable technical & commercial mitigation strategies for risks. Regular project reporting / project status monitoring meetings / milestone review. Optimizing project profitability and taking on profit and loss responsibility for the project. Representing Hitachi and reflecting on actions and feedback of the customer (T-NPS) & customer complaints (CCRP) and developing a strong customer relationship. Ensuring commercial contract conditions and timelines are met, including management of contract variations & change management. Monitoring & control of the project, including necessary interventions, ensure achievement of technical requirements, delivery milestones, timeline & quality. Provide ongoing monitoring and timely reporting of project status against project targets. Internal coordination with factory and suppliers for timely drawing submission, production as per customer requirement, customer FAT and delivery of products to customer. Coordination with SCM & purchase team for negotiation & PO placement. Preparation of invoices and other documents for payment collection as per contract terms & conditions.
