Job description The Role Design, deploy, and manage Exchange Online within Microsoft 365. Administer, configure, and maintain Exchange Online services. Handle mailbox management, permissions, and troubleshooting. Manage mail flow, connectors, and transport rules. Configure anti-spam, anti-malware, and phishing protection policies. Implement and manage retention policies, legal holds, and eDiscovery. Perform advanced message tracing and diagnostics Maintain and support Teams environment including channels, permissions, and policies. Configure Teams governance and compliance settings. Administer OneDrive for Business and provide support for SharePoint Online (nice to have). Manage user accounts, permissions, and security configurations in Azure Active Directory Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance standards.
