As part of Transformers BU, we provide high-quality engineering and Technology to Hitachi Energy world. This is an important step from Hitachi Energy's Global Footprint strategy. How you’ll make an impact: Design, develop, and execute test strategies for embedded systems and sensor-based devices. Develop automated test scripts using Python for validating embedded software and device communication. Validate embedded firmware functionality, including hardware-software integration. Configure and test embedded sensors and industrial field devices. Perform functional, integration, and system-level testing for embedded products. Test and validate communication protocols such as RS485 and TCP/IP. Work with industrial protocols like IEC61850 (added advantage). Develop and maintain test setups including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or simulation environments. Analyze logs, debug issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects. Document test cases, results, and processes to ensure traceability and reproducibility. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks. Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality processes, and safety guidelines. Write good quality documentation for data processing for different projects to ensure reproducibility.
