Your Responsibilities: Having an enthusiasm to translate complex customer requirements into region‑compliant, production‑ready TXpert Hub cabinet designs, taking full ownership from concept to release. Lead and manage tender and order engineering in parallel, shaping competitive technical solutions during bidding and converting them into robust execution designs (electrical and mechanical). Act as the technical authority in interpreting, challenging, and refining customer specifications, balancing feasibility, compliance, cost, and performance. Perform tender‑phase (pre‑order) engineering, including analysis of customer specifications and RFQs, definition of technical concepts, configurations, and compliance approaches. Execute order‑phase engineering, converting tender concepts into project‑specific designs and revising them based on order clarifications, customer feedback, and contractual scope. Build and apply strong regional electrical and regulatory expertise, ensuring global standards are met with local precision. Lead technical customer clarification and proactively identify, manage, and drive approval of deviations from standard solutions, ensuring full transparency and traceability.
