As part of Transformers BU, we provide high-quality engineering and Technology to Hitachi Energy world. This is an important step from Hitachi Energy's Global Footprint strategy. How you’ll make an impact: Display strong analytical and business acumen with a focus on measuring and improving engineering performance through KPIs. Develop, monitor, and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards using Power BI and advanced reporting tools. Working Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Atomate. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to define meaningful performance metrics aligned with business goals. Analyze trends and performance data to provide actionable insights supporting continuous improvement and strategic decision-making. Translate complex performance data into clear, executive-level reports and visualizations. Work with data engineers to ensure accurate data extraction, validation, and integration from various business systems (ERP, PLM, project tools, etc.). Drive data governance and standardization of KPI definitions across engineering functions. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation of KPI reporting. Support management reviews by preparing comprehensive Business reports and performance scorecards.
