It provides high quality engineering and commissioning support to Business Units and Center of Excellence across the Hitachi Energy world. This is an important step from HE's Global Footprint strategy. How you’ll make an impact: Create business process maps in Adonis following the best practices and company guidelines. Create and maintain detailed process documentation, SOPs, flowcharts, and work instructions. Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficacies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Work closely with engineering and business leaders, project managers and SMEs to gather requirements and update process designs. Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and process design meetings. Support the rollout of new or revised processes through training, documentation, and change management activities. Assist with documenting business processes and creating necessary documentation for the Engineering organization as required. Track, analyze and report process data to support the management in making data-driven decisions. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
