And that’s where you come in. Job Description: Your New Role We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Benefits Advisor to join our Reward team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a employee benefits background to play a key role in delivering and enhancing our benefits offering. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day benefits administration, support ongoing improvements, and help shape employee experience across a diverse and evolving business. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to get involved in both operational delivery and strategic projects — ideal for someone who enjoys making a tangible impact in a short-term contract. Some Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including pensions (DB & DC), salary sacrifice schemes, and flexible benefits Act as a key point of contact for employee queries, providing a high-quality and responsive service Support benefits renewals, liaising with providers and brokers to ensure competitive and effective offerings Assist with benefits projects, including M&A activity, harmonisation, and continuous improvement initiatives Deliver engaging employee communications to improve awareness and utilisation of benefits Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with UK benefits legislation and governance requirements Produce reports and data analysis to support wider reward activity and decision
