The AI Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering AI initiatives across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure AI projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives. The role requires strong project management expertise combined with a working understanding of AI/ML technologies. How you’ll make an impact: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (internal and external). Lead cross‑functional AI project teams consisting of data scientists, AI engineers, solution architects, product owners, and external vendors. Plan and manage end‑to‑end AI project delivery, including scope definition, timelines, budgets, risk management, and dependencies. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and delivery milestones across project teams. Track project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and regular status reporting. Drive accountability, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate risks and issues. Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams involved in AI initiatives. Translate business objectives and requirements into structured project plans and delivery roadmaps. Prepare and present project proposals, business cases, progress updates, and post‑implementation reviews to leadership. Coordinate closely with internal teams (product, engineering, data, security, compliance) and external AI vendors or partners.
