Job Description: Job Family Definition Responsible for supporting the delivery of company training programs that drive measurable business outcomes, with a primary focus on lab environments and hands-on learning objectives. Partners closely with courseware developers and subject matter experts to define lab requirements, review processes, schedules, and expected outcomes, ensuring alignment with overall training goals. Management Level Definition Applies advanced subject matter expertise to address complex business challenges and is recognized as a technical authority in HPE Networking lab environments. Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Works on highly complex problems requiring in-depth analysis of multiple variables. Leads or provides expert guidance to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
