Job details •Proposed designation – Business Associate •Role type - Team contributor •Reporting to Team Lead •Geo to be supported - United States •Work timings - 4:30pm to 1am IST (Hybrid & flexibility expected) Skills and Experience •Minimum 2+years of progressive corporate , professional services and/or agency recruiting experience; focused on consulting/IT recruiting in US geography only. •Knowledge of US contractor market and hiring norms preferred •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university. •Detail-oriented and thorough with effective time management skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication with colleagues and candidates, problem-solving, analytical, and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by client service and teamwork. •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including MS Teams, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project. •Experience with the firm's CRM & ATS database preferred. •Experience preparing and analyzing a variety of recruiting data and reports and sharing with recruiting key stakeholders. •Able to work shift schedules aligned to US business hours/time zones. This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications •Bachelors Work experience •2-4 years of experience in relevant domain •Experience of working in an MNC set up for US recruitment support/offshore support model.
