This Role is for You if You Have the Below Work Experience • Relevant experience from Big 4 or equivalent Transaction Advisory Services practice. • Qualification: CA/MBA Finance. • Approximately 8–12 years of related financial due diligence work experience on buy-side and sell-side transactions. • Team management/people experience. Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills • Strong analytical, issue identification/prioritization/ resolution and report writing skills, including understanding of key TS concepts relating to Adjusted/Quality of Earnings, Adjusted Net Working Capital and Adjusted Net Debt amongst other TS analysis • Team management/People experience. • Understanding of financial statements, financial ratio analysis, U.S. GAAP accounting standards, financial concepts, etc. • Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas), Word and PowerPoint skills. • Proficiency in technology tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, etc•Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Technical & Functional Skills • Strong skills in critical thinking, problem identification, resolution, and process improvement. • Ability to execute project plans, manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads and manage individual/team budgets • Ability to work within tight deadlines and take responsibility for timely completion. • Preferred industry experience in one or more of the following: manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, business services, healthcare, financial services, or technology.
