Our software product solutions are among the most advanced in the automotive industry. This role plays a critical execution and customer‑facing function, ensuring delivery commitments are met while serving as the regional first line of Tier‑4 (T4) technical support, assisting in urgent escalations and complex, cross‑system issues.
