What You Will Do Prepare and execute the annual business plan in alignment with key accounts, ensuring achievement of company objectives. Drive monthly sales plans, counter share, display share, and growth targets as per the approved business plan. Conduct monthly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders to track performance and alignment. Optimize key account investments to accelerate JBL business growth. Develop account-wise and store-category-wise planograms aligned with organizational goals and competitive benchmarking. Lead demand forecasting and ensure forecast accuracy through regular reviews aligned with weekly sell-out targets, with strong SKU-level focus. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across levels, ensuring top-of-mind brand recall and operational efficiency in collaboration with the national distribution team. Plan
