About the Role The Workday & Fieldglass – Security and Compliance Expert will be part of the Enterprise Applications / HR, Legal & Compliance Systems team within the Digital & Technology (D&T) CTO organization . This role partners closely with HR business teams, technology product and service teams, third-party vendors, and service providers to ensure secure, compliant, and effective HR technology solutions. The position focuses on the design, implementation, support, governance, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Security and Compliance Process , with a primary emphasis on Workday and Fieldglass Security and Compliance . The role also ensures adherence to internal security standards, risk management practices, audit requirements, and external regulatory obligations.
