About Role: The Principal Architect & Product Owner – Cross Functional Services Engineering (CFSE) plays a strategic leadership role in designing, delivering, and evolving enterprise service management solutions across Haleon. This role operates at the intersection of architecture, product ownership, and programme delivery, primarily leveraging the ServiceNow platform and its ecosystem. You will collaborate with senior technology leaders, product owners, and business stakeholders to define scalable, integrated solutions that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and user experience. The role also involves driving innovation, automation, and proactive operations while ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture strategy.
