About the role The Technical Lead – Formulations & Packaging Technologies provides hands on technical leadership to support the digitization of formulation, ingredient, substance, and packaging data across Haleon R&D. Working closely with the Product Manager, Product Experts , and Architects , this role is responsible for translating requirements into fit for purpose technical designs , guiding configuration and build activities, and ensuring solutions align with SAP S/4HANA IPD and R&D ways of working. The role plays a key part in ensuring data quality, integration integrity, and delivery consistency for formulation and packaging capabilities. Role Responsibilities Technical Delivery & Solution Support Provide hand son technical leadership for formulation and packaging systems within the Starlink program. Translate business and scientific requirements into detailed technical designs, configurations, and data structures. Support solution build and configuration activities delivered by internal teams and vendors. Ensure technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to standards. Form
