About the role SC analyst is mainly responsible for charting out all the required functions that a DMS and TMS should execute for customer order to cash cycle and returns, Optimization of Transportation and logistics with data transparency, Route and load optimization, seamless invoicing and reduced bill payment cycle for the vendors etc. SC analyst should ensure all these functions are interfaced successfully with the SAP systems and ensuring seamless execution of these customised products in a business-as-usual setting. Key responsibilities: Identifying the functions that are required to be performed by DMS in order to minimize manual ways of working starting from customer order to delivery (entire Order to cash cycle) Accountable to maintain all master data and Ensuring seamless integration of DMS with our inhouse ERP systems, enabling customers to order via DMS without any manual interventions Enabling end to end process compliance in terms of DMS usage by training both internal SC teams (warehouse teams) as well as other stakeholders (sales) Accountable to maintain all master data and Identi
