About the role The Product Expert for Legal Service Delivery is accountable for the end-to-end design, governance, and continuous improvement of Legal service delivery, ensuring that legal demand is intentionally channelled, transparently managed, and efficiently resolved through digital platforms and standardised processes enabled through a service platform such as ServiceNow. Role Responsibilities Provides vision and direction for Legal Service Delivery solutions built on ServiceNow to the stakeholders. Research and analyse Legal technology trends, user needs, and ServiceNow roadmap. Provides backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories for LSD features. Improve service efficiency, deflection, and resolution outcomes Partner with Legal Ops to standardise and simplify service offerings Ensure service experiences are decoupled from Legal systems of record Support automation and AI-enabled service improvements Why you?
