About the Role The Product Manager – Workday Integrations (Payroll & Benefits) is part of the Enterprise Applications / HR, Legal & Compliance Systems team within the Digital & Tech (D&T) CTO organization. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations between Workday (Core HR system) and Payroll/Benefits vendors (e.g., ADP, SDWorx), ensuring seamless, secure, and compliant HR tech operations. Role Responsibilities Define and align product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workday Payroll & Benefits integrations Lead prioritisation, planning, and end-to-end delivery of integration solutions using Agile and waterfall methodologies Design, implement, and optimize integrations between Workday and external Payroll/Benefits vendors and related technologies Provide technical leadership and guidance to product teams, architects, and stakeholders on integration design and feasibility Ensure all integrations are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture, data governance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX) Own and maintain technical artifacts such a
