About the Role The Product Expert – Compensation will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing Compensation systems, primarily Workday, along with related platforms. This role partners closely with product teams and stakeholders, including the Rewards CoE, to ensure compensation solutions are aligned with business requirements, HR processes, and enterprise architecture principles. The role demands strong functional and technical expertise in Workday Compensation modules to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions. The incumbent will also oversee system governance, manage releases, and drive continuous improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Role Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Compensation systems (Workday and related tools). Provide technical expertise and functional guidance to stakeholders, including Rewards CoE, ensuring solutions meet business needs and align with HR processes.
