About the role As the Performance Reporting & Analytics Senior Finance Partner, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of global performance reporting, analytics, and insights for various stakeholders. You will help to drive reporting strategy and works cross-functionally with global Category teams, operational units (OUs), and enterprise-functions, translating complex data challenges into actionable strategic insights to grow Haleon business. The role leads a small, high‑impact team and works as a trusted partner to Categories, OUs, Finance, HET, directly reporting performance and providing analytics ensuring clear understanding by the stakeholders. The role plays a critical role in ensuring Haleon remains future‑fit, technology enabled, and insight‑anchored.
