About the role To ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for APAC countries, with a focus on Indonesia, while maintaining effective communication and adherence to statutory requirements in an outsourced payroll environment. Role Responsibilities End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage the complete payroll process for Indonesia , including monthly and yearly cycles, and ideally support additional APAC countries. Payroll Record Management: Update and maintain payroll records including joiners, leavers, and changes in master data. Employee and Management Liaison: Address payroll-related queries from staff and management with precision. Reporting: Ensure accurate monthly and yearly payroll reporting, including state authorities, tax offices, statutory pensions, and GL accounting data for Finance teams. Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely statutory payments and filings, adhering to legal deadlines.
