About the role The Operations and Documentation Associate is part of a global function called Operations and Processes – Process, Standards & Documentation. This role is key in supporting the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and operational tools managed by the Operations and Processes team. The Operations and Documentation Associate delivers defined projects with clear ownership and accountability for outcomes and executes pre‑approval quality checks to ensure the consistency and quality of documentation. Working closely with the Process, Standards & Documentation team and cross‑functional stakeholders, the Associate ensures the sustained quality and consistency of the team’s outputs. Key responsibilities – Deliver defined operational and documentation activities, managing work independently from initiation through completion, with minimal supervision. Coordinate activities to support self‑written supporting documentation, reviewing to ensure alignment with Written Standards and associated governance processes.
