Role Summary The Integration & API Engineering Manager designs, builds, and operates secure, scalable integrations and APIs connecting non‑SAP applications and digital products across the enterprise. The role plays a key part in reducing point‑to‑point complexity, enabling standardised integration patterns, and improving reliability and time‑to‑market for business‑critical services. This is a hands‑on engineering leadership role with accountability for technical design quality, non‑functional performance, and operational resilience. The role also has line‑management responsibility for a team of integration engineers, providing technical leadership, coaching, and performance management while setting clear engineering standards and ways of working across the integration function. Key responsibilities Design and implement APIs and integration solutions between non‑SAP platforms, ensuring alignment to approved integration patterns and architectural guardrails.
