Key Responsibilities- End‑to‑End Financial Ownership Own the end‑to‑end finance cycle for the Function, from forecasting and planning to actuals reporting and performance analysis Ensure financial results, outlooks, and narratives are accurate, consistent, and timely Act as the single point of accountability for integrity and accuracy of Cluster Financials Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management Lead all planning, forecasting, and update cycles for the Function, including robust challenge of assumptions and scenarios. Drive high‑quality analytics, explaining key drivers, risks, and opportunities Support Function performance reviews with clear insights and forward‑looking perspectives Controllership, Governance & Compliance Ensure robust financial controls, stewardship, and compliance for the Function Review and challenge Balance Sheet movements, Working Capital, headcount, accruals and provisions, ensuring strong financial discipline and control. Take a proactive stance on compliance Act as escalation point for financial risks, control issues, and judgment‑based decisions Ensure correct co
