About the role The Director- Product Management Talent & Core HCM, sits within the Corp Functions D&T organisation and is accountable for the end-to-end ‑ product strategy, roadmap, and value delivery for Talent and Core HR capabilities. The role reports into the Head of HR Systems & Products and partners closely with HR leadership, Enterprise Architecture, and platform teams and ensures platforms (e.g., Workday / others) are used intentionally, coherently, and sustainably to deliver great experiences, trusted data, and scalable operations . The role reports to the Head of HR Systems & Products. Role Responsibilities Own and articulate the product vision, strategy and multiyear roadmap for Core HR and Talent capabilities Translate HR strategy into prioritised, outcome-based roadmaps, balancing transformation, optimisation, and run.
