Role Summary The Copilot & Power Platform Lead role is accountable for the in-life governance, operational management, and continual optimisation of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot agents, and supporting Power Platform environments across Haleon’s Digital and Technology landscape. Working closely with Architecture, CDO, DTIS, Service Assurance, Operations, and strategic technology partners including Microsoft, the role ensures Copilot capabilities and Power Platform hosted agent solutions are operated safely, effectively, and consistently in line with agreed designs, policies, and controls. The focus is on tenant readiness, platform administration, licensing, environment governance, monitoring, issue resolution, and evergreen management rather than solution design or software engineering. The role ensures Copilot and agent services continue to deliver intended business outcomes and a positive user experience, while maintaining strong standards for security, compliance, operational resilience, transparency, and accountability once live.
