Purpose of the Role Associate Director will develop, scale and lead the end-to-end eDiscovery capability in support of litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters. The role will focus on transitioning document review activities from external sources to a cost-efficient, technology-enabled operating model, ensuring timely, defensible, and cost-effective management of electronically stored information. Partner with internal legal teams, outside counsel, and service providers to manage document review projects, drive operational excellence, and deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple matters simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Operating Model & Insourcing Develop, scale and implement the in-house eDiscovery operating model, including scope, workflows, and capacity planning Transition document review activities from external counsel to in-house delivery, ensuring continuity, quality, and defensibility Determine optimal delivery model (in-house vs external) across matters and monitor utilisation Define and implement vendor strategy, including selection, management, and optimisation of ex
