As a DevRel Engineer, you’ll drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of products that expand our skills coverage, raise content quality, and increase adoption among customers. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and content. You’ll define product requirements, translate complex business and customer needs into scalable solutions, and partner with a global network of subject matter experts. You’ll also work closely with customers to shape workflows and ensure our assessments remain relevant, fair, and impactful for developers and hiring teams worldwide. What you will do Build and manage a global network of experts to create coding challenges. Own the product roadmap for HackerRank’s coding challenge platform and content ecosystem. Build and evolve tools that scale content delivery, improve quality, and support emerging technologies.
