What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of backend/Boomi Integration engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions and define technical architecture and design patterns for the Amex GBT mid, back office and Boomi Integration systems Drive technical decision-making and establish development guidelines and conduct code reviews and ensure consistency to coding standards and quality guidelines Collaborate with product managers, architects, and customers on technical roadmap planning and design and develop complex Dell Boomi Integrations, backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot Architect and implement scalable microservices solutions for travel booking and operational workflows and optimize PostgreSQL database performance and design efficient data models Deploy and handle applications on AWS ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS) platform and manage EC2 instances and implement cloud-native solutions Provide expert-level application support and resolve complex production issues, lead sprint planning, technical grooming and delivery estimation and develop a collaborative team environment and promote knowledge sharing Coordinate with multi-functional teams and manage technical dependencies , drive continuous improvement initiatives and technology adoption and participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members What We're Looking For Bachelor’s in Technology with minimum 10 years of professional Java development and Dell Boomi Integration experience with 3+ years in technical leadership roles Expert-level proficiency in Java 8+ and advanced programming concepts and deep expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and enterprise Java patterns Advanced knowledge of PostgreS
