What You’ll Do Act as visa officer with the willingness to jump in and flexibility in shifts to meet client needs Accepts, inspects, and processes passport/visa applications and supporting documents, ensuring all are acceptable and complete, all required information has been provided, and payments are accurate, in accordance with visa guidelines. Handles inquiries and concerns related to the application process and procedures by telephone, email and in person Produces and reviews all documents, meeting the specific requirements of visa & consular offices Prepares all applications received for transmittal; including completing forms and mailing documents. Collects payments, issues receipts, completes daily cash reports and reconciles financial reports Follows up on mailings that appear to be undelivered Advises staff on new laws and policy changes affecting visa regulation and ensures compliance. ‘ What We’re Looking For Detailed understanding of visa process for various countries Knowledge and experience of: Work Visa / Business Visa / Tourist Visa Experience working in a high touch service environment where performance is measured Background in handling visa for Business Travel, leisure or airline reservation is required.
