The People Analytics Partner will serve as a focused analytics resource supporting the global Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Learning teams. This role is responsible for delivering data-driven insights, reports, and analytics that enable these teams to make informed decisions and optimize people strategies across the employee lifecycle. What You'll Do Support analytics initiatives for Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Learning teams by developing reports, dashboards, and insights that drive decision-making Design and deliver reliable reports and dashboards using Workday, Power BI, or other reporting tools that communicate HR data insights effectively Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within talent management, recruitment, and learning initiatives Translate business questions into analytical solutions , working collaboratively with Talent partners to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights Develop and maintain important measures that evaluate the efficiency of talent, acquisition, and learning programs Support data quality and governance by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all reporting and analytics work Stay current with analytics tools and methodologies, evaluating new technologies and guidelines that could benefit our reporting capabilities Act as a trusted advisor to Talent teams, interpreting data insights and recommending data-driven actions What We're Looking For Demonstrated strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data modeling, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience with Workday reporting (preferred) or other HRIS systems, including understanding o
