The Total Rewards Analytics Partner will serve as a focused analytics resource supporting the Compensation and Benefits teams. This role is responsible for delivering data-driven insights, reports, and analytics that enable these teams to make informed decisions and optimize total rewards strategies across the organization. What You'll Do Support analytics initiatives for Compensation and Benefits teams by developing reports, dashboards, and insights that drive decision-making Design and deliver reliable reports and dashboards using Workday, Power BI, or other reporting tools that communicate compensation and benefits data insights effectively Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within compensation structures, benefits utilization, and total rewards programs Translate business questions into analytical solutions , working collaboratively with Total Rewards partners to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights Develop and maintain key metrics and KPIs that measure the effectiveness of compensation programs, benefits offerings, and total rewards initiatives Support compensation benchmarking and analysis , providing data-driven insights on market competitiveness and pay equity Analyze benefits utilization and costs- finding opportunities to optimize program build and employee engagement Support data quality and governance by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all compensation and benefits reporting Stay current with analytics tools and methodologies, evaluating new technologies and guidelines that could benefit our reporting capabilities Act as a trusted advisor to Total Rewards teams, interpreting data insights and recommending data-d
