What You'll Do Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Spring Boot (backend microservices) Build, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL schemas, queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning Develop and manage Kafka-based event streaming pipelines for real-time data processing and inter-service communication Deploy, manage, and operate containerized workloads on Red Hat OpenShift on AWS (ROSA) environments Configure and maintain ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging, monitoring, and observability Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, technical grooming, and delivery estimation Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding standards Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions What We're Looking For Minimum 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience with full-stack development Strong proficiency in React.js including hooks, state management (Redux/Context API), and responsive UI development Deep expertise in Spring Boot building RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL data modelling, query optimization, indexing strategies, and migrations Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka producers, consumers, topic management, and stream processing Experience deploying and managing applications on ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift on AWS) or equivalent Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms Proficiency with ELK Stack setting up indices, dashboards, log pipelines, and aler
