Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Planning: Develop and maintain material requirement plans based on production forecasts, service needs, and inventory targets. Monitor inventory levels and adjust planning parameters to optimize stock availability and minimize excess inventory. Collaborate with production, engineering, and service teams to align material availability with operational needs. Buying & Inventory Management: Overall ownership of material ordering, availability, and scheduling targeting 2-week inventory levels, at a minimum, Oracle and Digital Cockpit expert Execute purchase orders for raw materials, components, in line with PSI & Service order requirements. Track order status and expedite deliveries to avoid production delays. Work on NPI Materials planning based on NPI execution timelines to meet organization goals. Manage Phase In / Phase Out (NPI) & minimize obsolete material Rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control) Review parts availability for rolling 3 months & maintain healthy DOH inventory for production purpose.
