Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Lead New Product Introductions (NPIs) and manage manufacturing transfers for existing products by collaborating with global and local cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain). Design and develop assembly and testing processes, including jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing aids, to enable efficient and reliable production. Set up, qualify, and validate assembly line tools and testing equipment to ensure robust, compliant, and scalable manufacturing operations. Drive process risk assessments (PFMEA), lead structured problem solving and failure analysis, and implement improvements to reduce Defects Per Unit (DPU) across factory, forward production, and field quality. Manage engineering change requests and oversee seamless implementation of changes on the manufacturing floor. Contribute to lean manufacturing, digitization, and plant modernization initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, productivity, and sustainability. Ensure compliance with Medical Device Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory standards through disciplined execution on the shop floor.
