Job Description Summary The Lead Supply Chain Finance Analyst is responsible for driving supply chain and logistics cost accounting activities across global regions. This role focuses on process simplification, operational excellence, and the delivery of accurate financial reporting, analysis, and actionable insights across multiple legal entities. The successful candidate will partner closely with Global Finance, Logistics, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to support costing processes, tariff analysis, compliance requirements, forecasting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Description Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Analyze and report supply chain costs, including tariffs, freight, duties, and segment burdens. Support monthly costing processes and ensure accurate cost allocations across regions, products, and business segments. Partner with Finance, Logistics, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to validate cost estimates and forecast adjustments. Monitor tariff changes and assess their financial impact on regional and global P&Ls. Develop, maintain, and enhance costing models to improve financial visibility and decision-making. Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations highlighting cost trends, key drivers, risks, and financial implications. Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, standardization, automation, and process improvement. Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, US GAAP, and GE HealthCare policies and procedures. Participate in digitization, automation, and transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality. Required Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), CA Intermediate, CMA Intermediate, or MBA in Finance. 7–12 years of experience in financial
