Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity targets. Manage and develop a manufacturing organization consisting of 2–3 direct-report engineers/supervisors and approximately 50–70 shop-floor associates. Build a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and conflict resolution. Drive production execution while ensuring customer commitments are met in a timely, quality-focused, and cost-effective manner. Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, and EHS to resolve operational challenges and improve business performance. Identify, prioritize, and execute Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
