Manage a team responsible for IoMT Device Connectivity platforms using the latest technologies and methodologies adopted from industry wide practices. Designs, programs, documents, tests, and fixes bugs involved in creating and maintaining applications and frameworks involved in a software release lifecycle resulting in medical devices. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Lead a team of Software Engineering professionals. Provide day-to-day work direction for team members engaged in projects and delivery. Facilitate and coach software engineering teams on requirements estimation and work sizing. Demonstrate mastery of intricacies and interactions within dynamic agile processes. Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices (e.g., code generation, automated testing, and productivity tools) to improve team efficiency and delivery velocity. Design, build, deliver and maintain software applications & services. Strong technical expertise in the areas of machine, cloud, platform, EMR connectivity, Communication protocols for healthcare and also Software verification, build and release.
