About the team You are a technically strong and commercially minded data scientist with deep expertise in marketing measurement and analytics. You understand how MMM, attribution, and causal inference connect to real marketing investment decisions, and you have the leadership presence to influence how those decisions get made. You combine statistical rigor with the ability to develop people and drive delivery in a distributed team environment. You are comfortable operating as both a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders and a hands-on technical reviewer for your team’s most challenging work. You understand the discipline of marketing science and the craft of building teams that do it well. Required Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in data science, marketing analytics, or applied measurement, Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM): methodology, tooling, business integration, and stakeholder communication. Strong knowledge of marketing attribution, incrementality testing, and causal inference methods (geo-testing, diff-in-diff, synthetic controls, uplift modeling).
