We are seeking an experienced professional to support our workforce expansion in India. About the role As a Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process. You will partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting teammates to source, assess, and hire top talent across Marketing, Finance, and Operations functions. This role blends hands-on sourcing, recruiting execution, and stakeholder partnership, with opportunities to grow strategic influence over time. You Will Get To Own the full-cycle recruiting process for G&A from intake and calibration through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and close. Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and provide ongoing market and pipeline insights. Build and engage diverse talent pipelines across Marketing, Finance, and Operations through proactive sourcing and thoughtful candidate outreach. Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by guiding candidates through interviews, communicating clearly and consistently, and supporting offer discussions through acceptance.
