We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Application Engineering to lead a Scrum team in Pune, India, driving delivery of product and engineering initiatives that support scalable, reliable, and high-quality technology solutions. This role combines people leadership, technical depth, and cross-functional collaboration to help teams deliver meaningful business impact. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Lead engineering delivery and team performance Lead and manage a Scrum team of software engineers and QA professionals, including manual and automation testing resources Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives in close partnership with Product Management and cross-functional stakeholders Drive predictable, high-quality execution across sprints and releases Foster accountability, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement within the team Provide people leadership and operational oversight Oversee day-to-day software development activities and ensure alignment to delivery commitments Conduct performance reviews and support c
