The Senior Agentic AI Data Scientist will join the Model Risk Management group to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI agents and models. In this role, you will lead AI validation projects, design evaluation and monitoring strategies for GenAI workflows, and assess risks such as hallucinations and prompt injection. Additionally, you will mentor team members, develop policies for AI governance, and implement innovative validation approaches for complex models on Google Cloud Platform. You will leverage your expertise in Data Science and machine learning to drive business insights while ensuring regulatory compliance and ethical standards. What You’ll Do: Drive AI validation projects by conceptualizing, planning, and executing them to ensure their successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals. Contribute expertise to the development of policies that guide AI practices and model risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance and ethical standards. Stay updated on the evolving regulatory landscape around AI and ML Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and building a robust, knowledgeable team. Design and execute specialized evaluation and monitoring strategies to assess GenAI workflows, focusing on multi-step reasoning, tool-use reliability, and "looping" risks where agents may fail in autonomous tasks. Critically evaluate and monitor GenAI-specific risks, including hallucinations, prompt injection vulnerability, and data leakage, ensuring that mitigation strategies (such as guardrails and RAG-based grounding) are robust and effective.
