About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations for our Mangalore office. This role will partner closely with the India HR team and global People team to support onboarding, recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes, has strong attention to detail, is comfortable working with systems and processes, and takes pride in delivering a great employee experience through strong execution.
