The primary responsibility of Large Pre Trade Notification team is to send notification to various Fund Houses to notify the buy/sell that's happening for each fund across plans. Team handles volumes from multiple work flow tool and make sure that team adhere to timelines To process large trade pre-notifications that come through the TOPS workflow and the trade_prenote inbox. Some notifications are loaded in TOPS or sent to the inbox in advance of the effective date and others on effective date prior to market close.The pre-notifications will be communicated to the fund partners through email or via the fund’s/transfer agent’s website. The pre-notes are to be completed by the pre-established deadlines. To respond in a timely manner to any emails the partners may send out in response to the pre-notifications. Responsible for performing the QC for the team. Responsible for daily check on the requests queue and prioritize based on TAT and SLA.
